CRA operates under a forensic-grade documentation framework. This includes:
Timestamped field photography and thermal imaging
Secure email and memo archiving

Formal disavowal process when project ethics or legal posture are compromised
All documents related to project work are preserved in encrypted archives and accessible only to credentialed personnel under strict confidentiality policy.
4. Whistleblower Alignment & Anti-Retaliation Policy

OSHA Whistleblower Protection: 29 CFR § 1977.9
Federal Labor Code: 29 U.S.C. § 660(c)
DOL Office of Whistleblower Protection Programs (OWPP)
Relevant South Carolina statutes protecting good-faith disclosures
CRA strictly prohibits retaliation against any party reporting in good faith. All CRA-related whistleblower activity is reviewed by an internal compliance officer or designated third-party advisor.
5. Insurance & Risk Management
CRA maintains:
Commercial General Liability Insurance
Professional Errors & Omissions Insurance
Workers’ Compensation (for W-2 staff where applicable)
Subcontractor verification through Certificate of Insurance (COI) monitoring
All field staff must operate under documented Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) protocols and site-specific safety plans. CRA complies with all mandatory reporting under OSHA and insurance carrier terms.
